GMROI = gross margin earned per $ of stock (≥2 healthy, <1 bleeding). Figures are value-weighted (Σmargin ÷ Σinventory), so a strong group can still hide dead lines — drill in to find them. Distributor role sets how much stock you're obliged to hold.
